About Anesis
Anesis has been operating as a Ministry for just over two years, originally founded by 2 young men from Northpoint Church, Bell Green, Coventry, Matt Boyle and Steve Brind. Their aim was to reach out to homeless men in Coventry and offer them a hope. They were soon to be joined by myself and others who felt a passionate need to reach out to those in need.

Kervin Julien works at the Salvation Army headquarters in Coventry and runs a charity called Anesis. The charity, funded by Northpoint Church, provides vulnerable people with practical food and clothing needs, in addition to offering spiritual and emotional support.

Anesis on Coventry’s streets
Its been a while since I last wrote a blog about the work of Anesis on Coventry’s streets. I have to admit that due to family commitments I have not been able to get down as regularly as I like. However, the work still continues. People still gather every Sunday in need of a sandwich, drink and some conversation.
Between Me And Him
I have not had an easy introduction into Christianity. And at times, we can get quickly disillusioned, depending on what your perception of Christianity is. There are so many questions relating to the supposed behaviors of a Christian, that if you were to measure your growth in Christianity, by what other so called Christians accredited you with, you might as well give up now.
